Job Description

As a Warehouse & Yard Manager – OIC Plant Singapore, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of our warehouses and yards at our plant location in Singapore. Your primary role will be to manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and ensure the smooth flow of materials in and out of the facility.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of warehouse and yard personnel, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks.
• Manage inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts and implementing measures to minimize stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
• Optimize storage layout and utilization, implementing best practices for warehouse organization and space management.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and security protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Implement and maintain efficient logistics processes, including shipment scheduling and tracking.
