Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Welcome Executive. As a Welcome Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with their inquiries
- Check-in guests efficiently, ensuring accurate registration and payment processes
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of hotel operations is preferred.
