Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to customers
- Assist with wine selections and transactions
- Stay updated on wine menu
- Assist with stock replenishment and events
- Maintain cleanliness and equipment
Requirements
- Strong interest in wine and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work various shifts
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic F&B industry experience preferred
