Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers
• Assist with wine selections and transactions
• Stay updated on wine menu
• Assist with stock replenishment and events
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment

Requirements

• Strong interest in wine and customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work various shifts
• Ability to work well in a team
• Basic F&B industry experience preferred
