Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers by conducting routine customer visits.
- Stay informed about all customer feedback and promptly respond to resolve issues.
- Visit customers, new and existing, during festive occasions or promotional periods.
- Collaborate with other service departments to coordinate solutions for customer problems.
- Communicate and follow up with customers directly.
- Identify new opportunities, develop new businesses, and maintain existing customers.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
- Provide weekly sales reports to track progress.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Entry level candidates are welcome. Training will be provided.
- Class 3 license is required, own car will be an advantage.
- Candidates with sales-driven or customer service experience are welcome to apply.
