Job Description
We are looking for a Yard Supervisor in the marine industry who is responsible for overseeing all aspects of yard operations, ensuring the safety of workers, maintaining quality standards, and managing resources efficiently.
- Lead and manage a team of workers, including welders, fitters, painters, and other skilled laborers.
- Ensure that the team follows safety protocols and adheres to industry regulations.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Manage and allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between the yard workers and upper management.
